With schools in and around Portland being fully online until at least November 5th, refugee students have been left in a difficult position. Many families do not have access to electronic resources for their children to learn remotely, and currently do not have what they need for the coming school year.
This Refugee Youth Electronics Fund will purchase new Chromebook computers for refugee students who do not have access to a computer for the 2020-2021 school year. A $250 donation will supply a refugee family with a laptop computer, giving students one of the tools they need for success this upcoming year.
